Orabelle Dugger Youngs (88) of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, died on Sunday, August 28. She was the beloved wife of the late Elder Victor A. Youngs.
Orabelle was born on August 1, 1928, to Elder Andrew Nugent and Effie (Carpenter) Dugger in Stanberry, Missouri.
