West Coast District Superintendent Larry Zaragoza and Elder Mike Vlad led a Personal Evangelism workshop on Sunday, January 22, at the McAllen, TX church. Fifty-three brethren learned how to present the gospel in any environment and engaged in a question-and-answer session. They also developed their personal testimony.
